At Bruno & Co, we stand behind the quality, comfort, and performance of our leakproof underwear. We want you to feel confident and satisfied when shopping with us.
That's why we've made our exchange and return process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the sections below to understand our policies and how to proceed if needed.
Returns
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds beyond that timeframe.
Order Cancellations:
Changed your mind? You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, it’s already in motion.
Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed. In their original sealed packaging, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear once the packaging has been opened.
If you ordered multiple 3- or 5-packs, you may only return the unopened packs.
Because of this, we offer a simple solution:
If you order a single item and the size doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a free replacement in the right size — no return needed.
This applies to single-piece orders and first orders only, not to multi-piece packs.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@wearbruno.com with your order number and a short note about the reason for the return. We’ll send you the return instructions from there.
⚠️ Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center.
Refunds
Once We Receive Your Return:
We’ll inspect the item and email you to let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the return.

Exchanges
Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

If your boxers arrive damaged or defective, email support@wearbruno.com and we’ll help you with a replacement ASAP.
